Trending @HCL; Can I get the revised salary after putting the paper

Hi, I got hike letter in last week of December 2024 and I put paper in January 2025. The hike is effective from October. Is there any chance they might hold my hike? (Eventhough it is a small amount I just wanted clarity on it😄)

Sure. I got a automatic mail for offboatding and it says the first month salary of notice period will be on hold. It will be given after the final settlement. But not sure about the hike.
