Trending @Wipro; Can I get release from the current project I am working on ?

Hi team,

I am working with a reputed client of Wipro. However the work load has become now a burden leaving me with mental stress. Is there any ethical way by which I can leave that particular account ?

How this will impact my career ?

Yes completely forget about the old account, they will give you below 3 rating as anyways you won't be staying.

Ask for release giving the same reason but be prepared to be on bench with uncertainty

B3 and below will have 90 days to get another project.

You will be paid fixed. I doubt you will get the variable during this period

But this is for new joiners right? For existing employees only 45 days on bench.

It'll impact nothing on your career.
There's a policy in wipro that we need to complete 18 months in the same project before getting eligible for tenure rotation. Even, if you've not completed it, you can ask your manager stating the above reasons for release.

Post 18 months in a project, makes you eligible for rotation. Check in your psp page.

You can apply for another account, and if you are a select, HRs and TSC will support and help you with project shift
