Can i get release from project on the basis of medical issue before 3 years

Hr told me that I am not eligible for release before 3 years even if it is medical issue. Please guide me

If there is dependency on you then they will not release you

Demand for release, or ask for higher pay... Same happened with me, my package was 7.25lpa they incremented to 11.75.
