Trending @Accenture; Can i get project release due to medical reasons
I am a ASE working in rotational shifts in support project from past 1.5 years and due to this my health has worsened and i want to get release and look for other roles, can you please guide me on this
Share medical report with your supervisor and tell him that you can't further support rotational shift, so either he will put you in normal shift or release you
Currently they have agreed for day shift and i told them i have medical reports with me and i want to work on other roles, so request for primary skill change and release, they are saying we cant change your skill without any work experience in that and we can’t give release to an ASE, please guide
He is right, ASE can't be released without bad feedback, regarding role change you have just started your career you can change later on also, just focus on learning.
Role can be changed within a project (very difficult), within a company (need to be lucky to have a role open), and outside company (based on your knowledge).
