Hi, can I get back my resignation if I am on the bench , who will be my POC for this , and how many days I will have to serve notice period if I will resign during the bench period.

You cannot get back your resignation once submitted. It's a sign of weakness and lack of commitment. Serve your notice period, which is usually 30 days, and move on. Talk to your HR for details.

Bro, My intent is to reduce the notice period, because most companies are not considering 90 days notice period , just to be on the safe side I asked this , and default notice period is 90 days, I am not aware of what would be the notice period during the bench period, I just got roll off from my current project, so I thought to initiate this.
