Can I get A+ Band with 4.6 ipf.

Lol thr is a A+ band guys given to 5 % of project. In letter it says A but hike is in double digits. IPF matters to an extent but you should be top 1-2 % in the project.

A+ is the band for double digit hike.

Only AB and C r thr
