Trending @Accenture; Can I get 2 weeks wfh for Diwali
Hi,
I requested my manager to give me 2 weeks wfh or to allow working from different location for diwali and she said it's not in the policy. I stay far from my hometown and visit 1 day in a year to my hometown and I was expecting to get wfh or to work from office near to my hometown for atleast 2 weeks but my manager is saying no. Can someone help me to understand if I can do something about that?
Do not raise exception, just skip office for 2 weeks. Nothing will happen
Weird..For me my manager, HR and director did approve 2 week WFH exception for the same reason.
I just simply asked that Diwali is the only time i get to be with my family and want to be with my family for festive season without having to take leave for this entire duration. With a commitment that I will be working/completing my deliverables on time.
My manager asked me to raise an exception with these details and they approved it within 2 days
U can do wfh. No issue. Already u r regularly going
