Can I format TCS laptop in home with clean OS it already have clean OS
In my tcs laptop we are running customer SOE and today i got a msg that a malware has been found in my machine. and now they are asking to go office and get it formatted with plane OS then they will reimage it with customer SOE virtual.. i work from home ( project approved) and live 500 km away from office.. now for only this 2 hr work i have to travel 20 hour up down...
Is there any option i can do reset by myself?? Or can i get reimbursement for expenses??

Remote desktop ka naam suna hai? Raise the ticket and ask them to take remote control of your laptop and do the needful. Simple!

Don't do anything from open market. It's against policy and you will be at high risk. AVOID. Go to office once and do it.
Bro there is no other option than getting it fixed through the IS team of your current work location and it is going to take a bit longer they should provide a temporary replacement for your asset along with remote software mandated by your client to work with...
