Can I fake my experience?

I have 2 yrs experience in manual testing in TCS and want to switch into Java Web development.

I'm in the final stages of the selection process in Accenture but I've faked in my resume that I have work experience in Java.

Will this cause problems in the background verification later if I secure the offer? Has anyone done that before? Please help me out. 🙏🏻 It's bugging me alot. 🙏🏻

So like in the experience letter and other exit documents this roles (manual testing) is not mentioned right?

No they won’t mention , they just give reliving letter with start and end dates and u r role for example systems engineer

Once you are upskilling you can switch to any technology

All you need to do is you have to perform well in the project once you joined
