21moTrending @Accenture; Can I expect any change in My Base pay? (BSc > MCA)
I have joined Accenture with my BSC qualification and now I'm going to complete my MCA , so can I expect any change in my base pay , if i update my qualification in workday , is there any chance of increasing my base pay ? Can anyone reply Does anyone have any idea about this?

No there will be no hike, MCA will help you mostly after you are going to be promoted to manager as I checked with my lead because I'm a bsc graduate too.
