Trending @Accenture; Can I expect a promotion this year currently at L10

This Feb I will be completing 5 years in Accenture. Joined as analyst in 2020 I got promoted in 2022 as senior analyst. That year hike was good almost for everyone. After that, things have changed I have done everything from my end in the project. Never had any issues, have gave everything. But at last, money and position do matter :) If someone has insights out please do share your valuable inputs!
