Trending @Accenture; Can I expect a hike in December? I got only a 5% hike in June that was due to sub level movement form 11.2 to 11.1

Mostly people are saying that if you received HIKE in June 2024, they won’t get anything in Nov 2024. That is ridiculous to be honest. Once you get promoted/receive any hike, then I think we should just sit simply, no need to put that much effort. What is the use when you won’t get any hike?
