Can I drop a resignation without in-hand offer ?
Can I drop resignation without any offer in my hand ....I am the critical resource there is lots of work and I am getting that much amount paid ..what can I do and notice period is also 90 days so not scheduling any interview for this NP..What can I do please suggest..

No company gives a damn if u have 2 months notice period except another MNC. if u want a safe exit get an offer from there for safety and try product in the end of notice period OR
Resign if you have a good plan and guarantee and money to survive

Dropping a resignation without an offer is like jumping off a cliff without a parachute. Secure an offer first. Negotiate your notice period if possible. Don't gamble with your career.
