No we can't inform client directly, it may cause further tourture to you from tcs side, if that give reveal by client to tcs manager. Ideally any resource resignation information goes to client from tcs manager only, and it will go in your last month of notice only. If you need early release, you may ask discuss the same with your tcs manager.
I don't have work here too just for sake of billing I was being kept and client said we have more people for my role he don't want my role as of now we have.and I also tried to ask buyout but no use.
And before resignation I have asked release for multiple reasons they didn't give release now they mentioned resignation can help in release so I want to release early before financial year ends so I been asking for early release to look other opputunities and he said orally that he can release but it's not official I am confused now and talked with hr she is good to release but now descision depends on manager only as he said if he can release by this month it would be great
Your manager should update ur release to the RMG .. so it's a bad idea
