Can I decrease my variable pay in total CTC

I completed 3yrs in TCS and recently promoted from ITA to C3A. Seems my Variable pay is not getting fully due to my grade. How can I decrease my Variable pay. Is there any option?

Hi bro, in my ctc tcs offered there are 2 components, one is performance pay and other Is performance bonus. Both we receive quarterly and only some percentage of that money we receive???
