Can I decline joining after signing the offer letter, I got a new better offer?
I got an offer for 11 LPA and I have a final round with a company in next 2 days if I got selected in the second company I will get 13 LPA. But the HR is pressing me to sign the offer letter today. Can I sign it and decline joining to the first company to go with second job?

Absolutely you can, or you can ask the 1st company to match the offer.

Just tell them you've cleared another company and they are offering you X. And if they can match the offer right now, you can join immediately (unless you want to join the 2nd company)
