Trending @Accenture; Can I change my project due to night shift timings

Hello, recently I rolled off from my current project and moved to New project, where my work shift is rotational and overnight, I want to change my project because I need to take care of my mother as she recently got discharged from hospital, we are two brothers who are taking care of our mother, if I will wake up whole night it will be not possible to take care of her and she need to be in observation for atleast 2 months, can someone suggest please?
