Trending @Infosys; Can I change my job role from Test Engineer to Systems Engineer??

Hi, I have been in Infosys for around 1.9years on JL3 and I was onboarded in IVS-FS2 Unit as Test Engineer. Now I've moved to some ADM unit as a full stack developer on a development project. Both the test and systems engineer roles are jl3 only.

I want to change my role from Test Engineer to Systems Engineer. Is this possible? If yes, how to do that?

Yes, it's possible. Talk to your manager and HR. Apply through Internal Job Promotions (IJP). Be prepared for certifications and exams. Make your intentions clear and get their support.
