Trending @Infosys; Can I cancel my resignation notice period after E-Separation?
I want to know that suppose I want to switch the company and I give the resignation and serve this shitty 90 days notice period. While on notice period if I'm unable to secure a job offer, the can I cancel my E-Separation resignation?
Yes, you can cancel it, but it needs your manager's approval. If they say no, you're out of luck. Communicate clearly and hope for the best.
Just did that last week. I was on notice period but my manager wanted me so badly that she asked me to withdraw anytime if I changed my mind.
Yes you can do it. In case your manager has not approved first level yet it won’t even go back to him for cancellation approval. But if has approved it it will go back to him for cancellation approval. So as long as you are in good terms with him he will approve the revocation. But if you are not in good terms then best of luck!!!
