Can i ask to initiate ITA promotion ?
Hi all , I'm in billable project for last 3 years , i got 4 rating and 2 B bands continuously, can I ask to initiate ITA promotion ? Whom do i need to ask ? Manger or Team lead ? If they say NO , can I ask for A band ? I'm in the same project for last 3 years , as automation tester

Ask your manager directly to initiate the ITA promotion. With your consistent ratings and tenure, you have a strong case. If they say no, definitely push for an A band. Keep hustling! 💪
