Trending @Cognizant; Can I ask for more than a standard hike in PA to A promotion?

I recently celebrated my two-year anniversary at Cognizant. I'm fortunate to have been involved in a billable project from the start of my journey. I've developed dependencies, received client appreciation, and overall, the experience has been positive. With my upcoming promotion to A-level, I'm anticipating a 9.8% salary increase. I'm wondering if it's feasible to discuss a higher raise, perhaps in the range of 15-20%, with my manager. What are your thoughts on this approach?
