Got 4.45 IPF manager has said will give A band and then push for promotion. What is the start for current cycle for promotion , my promotion was raised 6 months back but pending with HR. When I escalated HR said pending with management.

Unit decides on promotion. Unit will send a filtered list of individuals to the account based on their metrics (years of exp, bands, wfo index, etc) and mention to give x recommendations of a particular grade. Account will then sort the list and send top x number for recommendation.

In tcs there is no thing called ctc correction. If you want to increase your salary if you are c1 then ask for promotion to c2. You will get 10to 15% hike make sure you get A bands.
