Yes they can force by saying termination thing if not mutually agreed for separation..like in bkg verification other will know about it … this can happen like an immediate release …this thing can happen

Let me know if you are able to withdraw separation request and in case of early release given by hr, is the remaining notice period salary paid in case of bench.

Yes. If you have resigned on bench they have no obligation to keep you for 3 months. If they fire you they will give you 3 months pay. You can always refuse to take early release. I don’t know the legal ramifications but I think they will not take the headache of terminating you.
