Can google rescind offers after rolling out and signing offer letter?

Hello there,

I recently got an offer from Google. The joining date in the offer letter is in February. However, my team wants to join as soon as possible but my current employer is not willing to reduce my notice period. (Which is 3 months).

Can google rescind offer in such cases ?
