Can flexi leaves be carried forward?

Does anyone know if unused flexi leaves can be carried forward to the next financial year, or do they lapse? Thanks!

Flexi leaves lapse on 31st Dec, not 31st March. But your casual leaves will lapse on 31st March.

Flexi (2 leave) per year and casual (7 leaves ) per year gets lapsed if not used. Earned leaves get carried forward and any EL beyond 44 accumulated leaves gets encashed every year in the March month .

No FL is carried forward and lapse in the current year if not taken. You need to apply them before March 08 2025, as they have yearly leave freeze period
