Can expect the same package as SAP technical roles for functional roles
I am a fresher with 1 year of experience, currently working in SAP Field Logistics, which is a functional role in SAP similar to MM, EWM, PM, and WM. What long-term growth can I expect? Can I achieve the same package as SAP technical professionals? I am looking for good growth in my package over time.

Functional consultants earn more than the technical consultants in long run. You need to find the appropriate path to the desired package. If you become the best in what you do then nothing can stop you from achieving your desired package. BTW at 1 years of experience you know nothing about your functional role, so get some real experience which will help you figure out your own path. I understand that you would not be asking this question if you were experienced enough.
yes I don't know how the functional role was exactly like my friends switched to sde at microsoft I am equally skilled as him ... u know microsoft sde package is 45lpa but base is 16lpa so he is motivating me to give switch but from the past one year he is doing full stack so he only need dsa to switch. now I need full stack+dsa and I need to answer till now what I have done in Accenture. so I am more confused as functional is non technical role I don't know the growth of it
I am also having the same problem. I have 1 year exp. Got sap MM functional but interested in development. My org does not allow internal switching.
I want to leave my org but due to the market and no real time exp and not strong in dsa. stopping me. Dm if we can connect.
