I am 9 plus years experience ..Some projects deliverables got slipped as multiple changes is given by client and parallelly as I was started a new phase of life( marriage). Even after telling manager due to unavailability at that duration getting escalation of serious delivery issue. I told manager multiple times will try to complete stuffs but he release me from project and give rating as can do better with deliverables slippage Now I have been to multiple projects after that project. What does this rating signifies does it impacts the job retention. Thanks
That rating means you didn't meet expectations. It can impact job retention if it becomes a pattern. Focus on improving and communicating better with your manager in future projects.
