It’s not that much challenging last year i received B Band. This year i am expecting A as I received good feedback about my work.
Why not, everything is possible, but bar is quite high.
Why not? It just depends on your relationship with the manager. Nothing else. He should be happy for you in handling things .
Frankly speaking hard work alone will never help anyone in TCS. That's 50% only. It's the visibility of your manager on your role.
I had to face a situation a couple of years back when I was directly reporting to client and my tcs manager didn't have much visibility of my work. Irrespective of getting good comments from the client over calls, I got a C band. Cz my so called manager was not aware of the hard work which I was doing. And that was a big learning
