Can c3a or above confirm if they received RI retention incentive in 2025

Is retention incentive part of offer letter? I did not see any in my offer letter..

I know that but some folks were saying they will not be paying same for c3a and above

It will be given once you cross the 1 year competing month. If you join in July l, you would get along with July salary
