Can Apple hire TCS employee?

I’m a full-time employee with TCS in USA, working for Apple client from TCS. I came to US recently from India on H1-B.

I wonder If Apple can directly hire an associate like me? Or there will be any policy restrictions that Apple can’t hire its vendors employees directly?

Curious to know how these things work. If anyone has any authentic information on this, please help me understand. Thanks.

Generally its restricted due to contractual agreements between TCS. But honestly it applies six months to a year, after leaving the project or TCS.

And I have seen many people joining client so idk, worth taking the shot
