Trending @Accenture; Can anyone tell....how to pressurize your manager for promotion.....I have been working hard since last 2 year and got various awards and great feedback but still it doesn't make any sense without promotion or hike.

No manager will be pressurized. Just sit back and note your achievements, learning and then have a discussion with the manager or their next level. Also evaluate what is lacked just in case if he comes with their feedback on you.

I don't think you deserve a promotion yet.

Create dependency , remove all the comments in for ur codes and then resign 😂😂

Setup a one on one meeting with your manager every week and ask what needs to be done to get promoted
