Can anyone tell me how to get released from a project. I have a pathetic environment in terms of management. In my past 18 months 4 managers have been changed. Let me know any tip or trick to deal with the situation.

I wish I could told you to resign, as I'm also facing this from the day of joining by various people and their illogical code if conduct and policy ka hawala, but at this time man interviews are not getting scheduled I really don't know what is happening with market ? All want 1000% matches profile even they reject 999% match profile also, check on naukari and other it will list out jobs in thousands but getting calls from 1-2 its like a blessing

Ask politely for it with some good reason why you need it and if they deny it just stop doing task and pretend that you are not useful to the project..it might help

Best solution is to upskill and switch to somewhere else where you could be treated better than one you are currently working
