Do you get a mail that you are promoted for Dec/May cycle in sept/ Apr month before it's officially posted on portal?
Hey @Star1 it’s very simple, your manager should inform you about your promotion in performance discussion before sharing your performance document with you. If your manager des not share with you after the documents available in workday, after few days it get visible to you in your performance & rewards page.
For example if its sept cycle of promotion, performance documents gets available in workday during mid of aug, and your manager gets email notification to complete performance discussion with his/her team and share it, however if he/she doesn’t complete it untill 31st aug, by default you would get your increased salary in the month of Aug, and your promotion documents would be available in workday soon after you get your salary credited.
You can check from the recognition portal, or u will get mail when you're promoted
