I think I can answer this.. your total ctc is 13.. 50k in retention bonus which will be paid after every year.. 1.11600 is performance bonus divided and paid in each quarter. Now left with in hand.. Mine was 12.5 lpa with same structure and used to get 76k in hand.. you will get somewhere 80k in hand.

Login in ultimatix under documents section check your tax calculation pdf.. you will understand what you will get in hand after deduction

87 will be there but there will be deductions like Income tax and PF and professional tax and if there is any beneficiary added to your HIS then their premium. You will be around 75-77k, if I am right
