For Quant ELSS I am investing since long and have XIRR of 33%. Other 2 i invested just last month so cant comment right now but past return for 3 and 5 years are decent.

Go for Flexi - Cap, Multi - Cap and Index funds for long term and good returns... I am investing in them since 2017... And I have on average 20%+ returns. Index funds have lower expense ratio also...
If you have high risk taking ability and about 7-10 yrs investing goal... Then you can go for Midcap and SmallCap funds...
Regarding specific AMC, there is Kotak Multicap, Parag Parikh Flexi-Cap, HDFC Index and for Midcap and small cap, you will have to do research...
You can also diversify in foreign market via NASDAQ funds...
Also go for Direct funds as their expense ratio is lower than non-Direct versions...
