That I have tried but they raise HR case and say that this person is not working . And when we say that I want to move into the bench or give me another project, or clearly said that bench is not possible because you are fresher, even I have completed more than 18 months in same project and while I'm talking to another project hr said clearly that it's possible but first give us the new project details ? I think there is something behind this statement of hr ( first give us the new project details ) . Can anyone suggest
