Can anyone suggest about the PEPSICO project. it's good to join or not to join. and how is work life balance please suggest

When i was on bench a manager called me from pepsico for joining the project. He was shouting at me the entire time for no reason. May be that is how he talks. He told me i have to work 12-10pm everyday (that is 10 hours) and will have to sit till 4 am on somedays , also have to sit on Saturdays. What do you think?

A trick that helps me is I check on the person who reaches out to me either on teams or Ultimatix and check the Hierarchy under them then reach out to those folks reporting to him.

It helps understand the project and culture directly from those deployed.
