Hello, this is a fresher reaching out to you. I am going to start my journey as a SWE with a company that works on PEGA.

The salary is low as of now, can you guide me about what to expect in terms of salary increment if I continue to work with this.

If I want to switch to a company with good paying salary like what I see in case of SDE I-II can I expect such a hike in PEGA or if I want to switch to sde I-II role what are the things that are needed and will the experience in PEGA will help me in switching to SDE role??
