I joined in Oct 2024 and I know I am underpaid. Had no other offer back then. But someone said Accenture have Salary Correction every year. Can anyone shed some light on this? What is the process and when it is done?

Salary correct happened only once in 2022, from now nothing is happening

It happened before 2022/2021 but now it's terrible

Correction happens but for a very limited industry...Last correction happened in 2017 for the cybersecurity domain and later happened in 2023 limited industries like AI and data...which I am aware of
