Comviva is a medicore place with mediocre culture. They brag a lot about being certified a great place to work but they are no where there.

Their work culture is very chaotic with things always on fire 🔥 and people mostly on their toes. Company management likes workaholic people irrespective of the situation. Most public plays politics. Office ambience is very noisy and there is hardly any discipline. HR is mostly silent spectator and most of their actions are hogwash or to maintain numbers. This is the experience in their Gurgaon HO.

Silent workers take major hit as clowns gets the pie.

Their global support head (Bangalore based narcissit known for "eating jobs") openly says in meetings that those who can't be available 24x7x365 can leave the unit. He pings you on Sunday morning for work planned on Monday. Absolutely no empathy for people.

They hire less people on slightly hire salary and then crush them.

Rudeness is so normal for everybody there. From no aspect you would feel like you are working for a mature organisation, you would feel like working for a big shop where rules change daily. Favouritism is very routine. HODs especially are above any rule and scrutiny.

If you ever think of raising any issue to HR, they will secretly inform your manager and then you will be on their target.

Overall, medicore product
More or less toxic culture
Mostly bragging about touching billion lives etc but on ground not much care of stakeholders. Every year there is 1 fraud happening in their Fintech platform because of poor product. Balances can be updated from backend very easily by ops as there is no encryption there. Everything in plain text. They don't take any step to improve product. Imagine!

Lot of weekend, grind and showoff culture. Lot lot of lecturing virtue signalling by management. Most HODs busy pleasing CEO rather than doing improvements.

Some pockets are good but overall nothing great.

As there is severe job crunch, Comviva is definitely an option but last option. Consider HR as 💯% complete hogwash.
