Trending @Accenture; Can anyone share how bonus is calculated......the amount and % show in the bonus tab is not matching.

It will not match...don't waste time into calculation.
Just understand what other got and what you got.

On an average range is 5 to 10 for cl10 and below

There is a complex formula for VP ,also note Vp received in nov is actually for 6 months march to aug, so not apply direct formula of current fix * percent of vp /2

Instead try with a fixed salary in March *percentage of vp /2 , this will approx match ur received amount . .if you got hike in between mar to aug then again calculation will be difficult.
