Pick a language, grind that language to the best so that u even know what a fullstop in that language mean and then jump to dsa ,watch video tutorial , write code , practice questions regularly and that's it
Just Remember,u r bound to fail while learning dsa so never give up

DSA should be learnt work Java. Because you learn DSA as well as OOPs language.

If you don't want to pay then GeeksForGeeks.

If you can pay then Grokking Algorithm with Java (from Educative)
