If I suggest don't join both the companies u want growth or salary if ur looking for good salary then try to get direct client from US they will pay u good, if ur looking or growth there is no growth in concentrix and in Accenture there it will take lot of time. Join direct companies like Google, Microsoft don't go for third party if u want growth
