Can anyone please tell me which one is a better option EY GDS or CTS ?

Can anyone please tell me which one is a better option for SAP SD consultant in terms of work culture , exposure and projects between EY GDS and Cognizant ? I need help please in making the correct decision for myself.

Exposure wise, Yes. Learning wise, it depends on You and Projects you get irrespective of wherever you go.
