Trending @Accenture; Can anyone please tell me how to apply in US/Canada or any other place in Accenture?

I tried using Ijp portal of accenture for applying in different country’s job opportunities - not useful Tried getting a mentor as well - not responding Accenture tech support - not useful

My career level is 10. Didn’t get a hike. Salary is also too low according to market standards. It’s been 3 years in accenture. I’m staying in Accenture because I hope if I try to apply in some other country, the chances of selection is high(not sure now). The salary hike will be good enough I think. But I’m actually not getting any help from any resources and I don’t even know the process. Please let me know if anyone is familiar with job applications using Ijp portal to apply in some other country or any other process in Accenture for the same.
