Can anyone please help me to understand about eligibility criteria of moving from BPS to IT unit?

Last year end moved from bps project to it project but not sure when my role tagging will change. It is still showing bpo.

Why do you want to convert? I mean what benefits do you see?

I’ve heard that there is more salary hikes as compared to BPS. Not sure if this is true or not

There will be no benefit of converting as the promotion also takes 3-4 yrs and converting will reduce your tagging from bpo3 to C1

I also need to know, im bpo3 at the moment but working as a developer from the beginning

Get promoted to bpo4 and than convert as than you are C2 or I would suggest to convert only on becoming bpo5 as it will be C3A
