Can anyone help me with process of claiming TCS laptop after warranty?

I know that, there is a policy of claiming TCS laptop which we are using after its warranty is over. However, whenever i try to connect with someone on this, nobody has complete clarity or may be they do not want to disclose. Can anyone help me with this? I
