Can anyone help me with a referral?

I am struck as an instructional designer in DUSI for almost 4 years as an analyst. I m looking for a switch as this is impacting me mentally, as being an introvert nd doing my own work nd not Licking my leads ass nd few logical arguments have led to them ruining my snapshots.
