Trending @Accenture; Can anyone help me like how to increase my Base pay by adding MCA certificate to workday any idea ?

I have joined Accenture with the qualification of BSc (computer science) on oct 17th ,2023 Now I'm going to complete my MCA(Masters in computer applications) in few months , can anyone help me like , is it possible to get increased my base pay by adding my MCA completion details in the workday . At present my in-hand is 21k base pay is 3,00,000 , I got VP of 9,000 , can anyone help me ??
