12moCan anyone help and throw some light in M2 to CM1 increase in salary structure
In HRMS-Compensation page its showing only 7%increase to 21.96L from current year 20.35L where in other Employee who has been promoted to CM1 last year got 15%hike from existing fixed CTC/package. Can anyone having a POV on this?
